Hi all, glad you had a good Father's Day. Amy, just so you know your dad got lots of hugs today via your fb friends (aka cousins, aunts, etc) from you today. At first his look was like what are you doing but I know he enjoyed every minute of it. Love the family picture. Miss you guys and look forward to hearing about your adventures.

Love,

Anita

Hello Ipsen Klan!
Been following faithfully while on vacation via my phone... but posting comments was just too big of a pain... but I'm baaaack!

Went to the Holocaust museum with Jamie's niece the day after you posted about the doctor facing adversity during civil war. Told her all about the post because it was soooo timely.

Had a proud moment, Jamie pulled an Allan... had 14 of the 16 family members take a "hike". His mom was in her lil Jazzy, and he just kept convincing them to go all little further, to the next monument. Ended up walking from 830pm-1230 around DC... I was waiting for him to utter the "its a shortcut" line dad is a little famous for. And this walk ended up being the highlight for all of his siblings. It was the first time I have ever heard them all laughing at the same time. Quite the bonding moment for them. Made me really understand why Dad's hikes are important. Glad your kids are getting that experience, it is bonding them for life. As for Jamie's family I guess a little late is better than never.
XOXO
Allison
